► SELLER'S DESCRIPTION
Up for sale is a rare vintage Seiko Quartz digital watch, model F033-5000, produced during the late 1970s for the Japan Domestic Market (JDM). This early Seiko LCD timepiece captures the minimalist and elegant styling of Seiko’s first-generation digital watches — featuring a slim gold-tone case and clean rectangular display.
The watch is in full working condition, and all features and functions operate properly. Timekeeping, display, and button operations work as expected.
The watch is fitted to an aftermarket brown leather strap that complements the gold-tone case nicely. The watch head itself shows light signs of age and use, consistent with a vintage piece, but remains in very nice physical condition. The photos best describe the actual condition, so please review them carefully.

► ARCHIVE FILE: SEIKO — BRAND HISTORY
Seiko begins with Kintaro Hattori, who opened a shop selling and repairing clocks in Tokyo's Ginza district in 1881, at the age of twenty-one. He founded the Seikosha factory in 1892 to manufacture wall clocks, built Japan's first wristwatch, the Laurel, in 1913, and put the Seiko name on a dial for the first time in 1924. By mid-century his successors ran one of the most vertically integrated watch companies on earth, making everything from hairsprings to cases under its own roof.
