Returns & Refunds Policy
All sales at OLDWATCH.SHOP are final. We do not offer a general return window for change-of-mind purchases, sizing issues, buyer's remorse, or similar discretionary returns.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Refunds are considered only in the limited circumstances described below.
Limited Exceptions
A refund or other resolution may be considered only when:
- - The item arrives damaged
- - The item does not arrive at all, excluding customs holds, delays, or similar circumstances outside our control
- - The item received does not match the description of what was purchased
How to Report an Issue
If you believe your order qualifies under the limited exceptions above:
- 1. Contact us at evan@oldwatch.shop with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue
- 2. Include clear photos if the item arrived damaged or is not as described
- 3. We will review the claim and let you know whether a refund, return, or other resolution is approved
- 4. Do not send an item back unless we specifically authorize and instruct you to do so
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout after we review the claim and, if applicable, receive the returned item and verify its condition.
Approved refunds are handled only after claim review. Opening a return or dispute request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Return Shipping
If we approve a return in connection with an eligible claim, we will provide instructions for next steps. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
