At OLD.WATCHES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage timepiece. We understand that buying watches online requires trust, and we stand behind every piece we sell.
14-DAY RETURN WINDOW - You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- - Watch must be in the same condition as received
- - All original packaging and documentation must be included
- - Watch must not show signs of wear beyond what was present at purchase
- - Any included accessories, straps, boxes, or papers must be returned
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- - Watches that have been serviced, modified, or repaired after delivery
- - Watches with damage caused by the buyer
- - Custom or special-order items, unless defective
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- 1. Contact us at evan@old.watches with your order number and reason for return
- 2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number
- 3. Pack the watch securely in its original packaging
- 4. Ship the item to the address provided with tracking and insurance
- 5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or significantly not as described. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns.
Important: Please do not return items without first obtaining a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
