Refunds & Disputes Policy

We strive to ensure every transaction is smooth and satisfactory. This policy outlines how we handle refunds and resolve any disputes that may arise.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow the following timeframes:

  • - Inspection: 2-3 business days after receiving the item
  • - Refund initiation: Within 24 hours of approval
  • - Bank processing: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Full Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund, including original shipping, when:

  • - The item received is significantly not as described
  • - The item arrives damaged due to shipping
  • - The item is defective in a way not disclosed in the listing
  • - The order was not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • - Item shows signs of use not present at time of sale
  • - Missing components that were included with the original shipment
  • - Return initiated after the 14-day window, at our discretion

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us directly before opening a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.

  2. Step 2: We will respond within 24-48 hours with a proposed resolution
  3. Step 3: If we cannot reach an agreement, you may escalate through your payment provider

Tip: Most disputes can be resolved within 24-48 hours when you contact us directly. Payment provider disputes can take 30-90 days to resolve.

Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously. If you file a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we will provide all relevant documentation to your payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the buyer being banned from future purchases.

Damaged in Transit

If your watch arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • - Document the damage with photos immediately upon receipt
  • - Keep all original packaging materials
  • - Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • - We will file an insurance claim and provide a full refund or replacement
