► SELLER'S DESCRIPTION
Up for sale is a rare vintage Casio LQ-351W Ladies Diver quartz sports watch, a Japan Domestic Market (JDM) release from the 1980s. Powered by Casio Module 337, this distinctive model features a compact diver-inspired design with a vibrant orange dial, rotating bezel, and 100-meter water resistance rating. Vintage ladies’ sports watches of this style are becoming increasingly difficult to find, especially in working condition.
The watch is in full working condition and is running properly. The rotating bezel is currently stuck and I was unable to get it to turn. No serious pressure was applied, and I will leave any further attempts to free the bezel to the buyer.
The watch is fitted with an aftermarket strap. The case, dial, hands, crown, and bezel retain their original vintage character. The watch is in good physical condition, showing signs of use and age consistent with a worn vintage watch. The photos best describe its physical condition and should be reviewed carefully by interested buyers.

► ARCHIVE FILE: CASIO — BRAND HISTORY
Casio began not with watches but with calculation. Tadao Kashio founded Kashio Seisakujo in Tokyo in 1946, and with his three brothers developed the 14-A in 1957, the world's first compact all-electric relay calculator, incorporating the business as Casio Computer Co. that same year. The move into watchmaking came in November 1974 with the Casiotron, a digital watch whose claim to fame was an automatic calendar that knew how many days each month had, a small feat of logic that announced how an electronics firm would approach timekeeping.
