► SELLER'S DESCRIPTION
Up for sale is an extremely rare vintage Casio GE-6 Egg Panic digital game watch, a highly collectible Japan Domestic Market (JDM) model from the 1980s powered by Module 499. Part of Casio’s legendary line of LCD game watches, the Egg Panic captures the creativity and innovation that made Casio’s game watch era so iconic. These game watches have become increasingly sought after by collectors, with the GE-6 standing among the harder models to acquire today.
The watch is in full working condition, and all features and functions are operating properly, including timekeeping, alarm functions, all buttons, and the Egg Panic game mode. It should also be noted that the module is 100% free of screen bleed, a feature that has become exceptionally difficult to find on surviving examples and is highly desirable among collectors.
The watch is fitted on an aftermarket strap. The watch has signs of use and age consistent with a worn vintage watch, and the photos best describe its physical condition.

Vintage Casio game watches represent a unique period in digital watch history when wristwatches doubled as portable electronic entertainment. The GE-6 Egg Panic is one of the scarcer models from the series, and examples with a fully functional game and clean display have become increasingly difficult to locate.

► ARCHIVE FILE: CASIO — BRAND HISTORY
Casio began not with watches but with calculation. Tadao Kashio founded Kashio Seisakujo in Tokyo in 1946, and with his three brothers developed the 14-A in 1957, the world's first compact all-electric relay calculator, incorporating the business as Casio Computer Co. that same year. The move into watchmaking came in November 1974 with the Casiotron, a digital watch whose claim to fame was an automatic calendar that knew how many days each month had, a small feat of logic that announced how an electronics firm would approach timekeeping.
