► SELLER'S DESCRIPTION
Up for sale is a rare vintage Casio G-Shock G-Cool men’s digital sports watch, model GT-000 with module 1633, produced exclusively for the Japan Domestic Market (JDM) in the late 1990s. Part of the distinctive G-Cool series, this model blends the rugged durability of the G-Shock line with a sleek metal/resin hybrid design and a curved form factor, making it a standout digital watch from the era.
The watch is in full working condition—all features and functions operate properly, including timekeeping, stopwatch, alarm, scheduler, and auto backlight. It retains its original stainless steel and resin-integrated bracelet with the matching G-Cool signed clasp.
The clasp requires both side pushers to be pressed simultaneously in order to close. It is unclear whether this is an intentional design or a mechanical quirk, but it does not affect the watch’s ability to stay securely closed and has no impact on appearance or usability.
The watch is in very good physical condition, showing signs of use consistent with age, including light wear on the case and bracelet. Please refer closely to the high-resolution photos, as they best describe its physical condition.

► ARCHIVE FILE: CASIO — BRAND HISTORY
Casio began not with watches but with calculation. Tadao Kashio founded Kashio Seisakujo in Tokyo in 1946, and with his three brothers developed the 14-A in 1957, the world's first compact all-electric relay calculator, incorporating the business as Casio Computer Co. that same year. The move into watchmaking came in November 1974 with the Casiotron, a digital watch whose claim to fame was an automatic calendar that knew how many days each month had, a small feat of logic that announced how an electronics firm would approach timekeeping.
