Up for sale is a rare vintage Casio AE-90W men’s digital display alarm chronograph wristwatch, powered by Module 187. This Japan Domestic Market (JDM) model from the 1980s is one of Casio’s most distinctive digital designs, featuring a graphic analog-style layout rendered digitally with a lower digital information panel. The brushed stainless steel case and bracelet give it a clean, architectural look that stands apart from typical digital watches of the era.
The watch is in full working condition, and all features and functions operate properly. The display has no missing pixels, and all buttons function as they should.
All parts of the watch are original, including the stainless steel bracelet, clasp, case, and module. The watch is in good physical condition overall and shows signs of use consistent with its age. The photos best describe its physical condition.

► ARCHIVE FILE: CASIO — BRAND HISTORY
Casio began not with watches but with calculation. Tadao Kashio founded Kashio Seisakujo in Tokyo in 1946, and with his three brothers developed the 14-A in 1957, the world's first compact all-electric relay calculator, incorporating the business as Casio Computer Co. that same year. The move into watchmaking came in November 1974 with the Casiotron, a digital watch whose claim to fame was an automatic calendar that knew how many days each month had, a small feat of logic that announced how an electronics firm would approach timekeeping.
