► SELLER'S DESCRIPTION
Up for sale is a rare vintage Bulova Benetton men’s quartz sports watch from the 1980s. This unique piece features Benetton’s signature bold and colorful design language, with a vibrant multi-color dial and matching green case and strap, making it a standout example of 1980s fashion-driven watch design.
The watch is currently running, and the timekeeping functions are operating. However, the case back will not fully close, although it does stay on firmly. Due to this issue, the watch should be treated as parts and repair. All parts of the watch are original.
The watch shows heavy signs of use and age consistent with a worn vintage watch. The photos best describe its physical condition.

► ARCHIVE FILE: BULOVA — BRAND HISTORY
Joseph Bulova, a Bohemian immigrant, opened a small jewelry shop on Maiden Lane in lower Manhattan in 1875. By the 1920s the company he built had become a pioneer of standardized, mass-produced wristwatches, with a factory in Bienne, Switzerland feeding movements to New York assembly lines. Bulova also understood marketing earlier than almost anyone: it sponsored the first national radio time announcement in 1926 and, on July 1, 1941, aired the first television commercial ever broadcast, a simple Bulova clock face shown before a Brooklyn Dodgers game.
